Who are we ?

ColdSpark specialises primarily in LED lighting systems and other cool to the touch non-filament light sources like electroluminescent panels, luminous dyes and chemical "light sticks". We constantly search for one or two "best of breed" products in each range to bring you an excellent product without lengthy searching.

This may sound trite and cheesy but at ColdSpark, our goal is to provide you with courteous, expedient, professional service of the highest calibre. That way you get good service and we get prosperity and growth.

Delivery Policy

Items are dispatched via Royal Mail, using either Special Delivery or Recorded / Signed For dependent upon the value of the order placed. There are no shipping costs currently for items delivered to UK addresses.

For international orders, items are dispatched using International Signed For. A fixed shipping cost is applied to the order with a small additional charge for multiple items.

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Please refer to Royal Mail or local delivery services for information regarding delivery timescales.

An email is sent to you when the order has been dispatched, this indicates the tracking for the parcel so you can monitor its progress.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

As orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment, order cancellations must be notified within this period.

If, following dispatch, the item is no longer required it can be returned for a full refund (provided it is returned in the condition it was received) within 14 days of order dispatch.

Faulty items will be replaced. Please return the faulty item with a description of the fault. Where possible, please return the item in it's original packaging, via some form of tracked delivery service (Special Delivery or Signed for). Upon receipt, we will dispatch a replacement.

Privacy Policy

We respect our customers privacy so will never disclose any information about you to a third party. This includes your name, email and postal addresses.

We do store your name and address securely in our order processing system, but this information is only retained to assist in any future enquiries you may have.

At no time will any of your financial details (debit or credit card numbers, bank account information) be retained.
